The seller didn't fulfill the requirements in the first three designs. And not some minor requirements, but she even redesigned the wrong. A point of feedback to the seller would be to take some time to listen and try to understand what the buyer actually wants, instead designing something he doesn't need. She could use questions during the process, and she should clearly communicate that she is working on a new version after a first revision. She is clearly really creative, but she should try to apply her creativity to create a relevant solution. And communicate along the way.
